Maryland Community Connection’s Personal Support program is an alternative to living in a nursing home or other institution. Our services enable people with disabilities to live in their own homes and apartments or with their families and participate in their community. We provide services that assist people with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom. We also offer services that help people participate in their community, such as transportation, shopping, and leisure activities. Our services are provided by trained and experienced staff who work closely with each individual we support to ensure that their needs are met.
