About Our Maryland DORS Summer Youth Program
Maryland Community Connection’s Summer Youth Employment Program will provide a summer work experience for 100 individuals from the Prince George’s County Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) Program. The participants will have the opportunity to obtain paid employment and attend four Employment Readiness Workshops that will cover interview skills, employer expectations, workplace communication, and positive work habits.
At Maryland Community Connection, we believe that all young people deserve the opportunity to gain meaningful employment experience. Our Summer Youth Employment Program offers a chance for young people with disabilities to learn new skills, earn money, and build their resumes.
